Chile de Arbol Hot Sauce
Recipe makes approximately 16 oz.
1 oz. of chile de arbol
4 whole peeled garlic cloves
4 tomatillos
2 oz. of chopped white onion
6 oz. tomato paste
1 oz. of extra virgin olive oil
6 oz. chicken stock
½ tsp. of salt
Preparation method:
First, roast the tomatillos and the chile the arbol; then, mix all ingredients together and blend.
