Carne Adobada
Recipe makes 4 servings
Serving size: 4oz.

1 lb. cubed pork loin
2 whole peeled garlic cloves
½ tsp. salt
1 oz. vinegar
1½ bay leaves
2 oz. of chili powder
6 oz. water

Preparation method:

Mix and blend all the ingredients except the meat to prepare marinate.
Add marinate to cubed pork loin and let it set for approximately 3 hrs.

Cooking directions:

Grill the marinated carne adobada from 8 to 10 minutes at 380 degrees.
