Baja Sauce
Recipe makes approximately 16 oz.

2 tomatillos
3 whole peeled garlic cloves
3 oz of chopped cucumber
2 jalapeños
2 oz. white onions
1 tsp. salt
1 pinch of sugar
1½ oz. of chopped cilantro
1 tsp. of lime juice
4 oz. sour cream

Preparation method:

Boil tomatillos and jalapeños. Mix all ingredients in blender. Pulse the sauce until achieving a creamy and smooth consistency.
